Batch Mixer Ribbon- Double Start
The double start-Batch Mixer Ribbon is used to mix a large range of food products and had to be fabricated from stainless steel and polished to a Jacmor food grade finish.
The client had Jacmor replace the existing unit due to its contnual breaking of the center pipe, this was because of the type of applications?
With the clients & Jacmor's input some design modifications were made and the finished unit is as shown in the photo?
This mixer Ribbon is not the normal design Jacmor have developed over the last 8 to 10 years, Jacmor tend to make the ribbons more open and not usually double start?
But with material handling applications, every job has its own requirement and needs to meet the application at hand, many suppliers have different concepts that work best for their equipment?
Jacmor are confident this rebuild will meet the application at hand and will work with the client to achieve an acceptable performance for all parties involved.

Piggy Backed Screw Conveyors
Jacmor are to have Brunton Engineering install the two-400mm diameter augers in a piggy back configuration under a belt conveyor feed system.
The piggy backed configuration allows for considerable flexibility when installing this size auger, especially when the contractor has to work around existing plant.

*Flexibilty in designing the units, re inclination of each auger can be different?

Weigh Feeder Screw Conveyor
Active Weighing Solutions, contracted Jacmor to design & supply a weigh feeder screw conveyor to handle 110t/hr of grain product.
The weighing system designed & fabricated by Active Weighing Solutions has an accuarcy of +/_ 0.5%.
Due to the conveyor being mounted over head, a support structure had to be fabricated to ensure the conveyor was supported correctly to allow the load cell system to line up and give the weighing results set by Active Weighing Solutions
Based on the commissioning results of this system, Jacmor & Active Weighing Solutions are looking forward to working together to further develop weigh feeder screw conveyor systems to handle a wide range of materials, maintaining high weighing accuracy.
